I am new to this forum, in fact this is the first forum i have ever joined. Well i am currently working in IT industry and its been 2 yrs now. I want to invest my 1 yrs preparing for CAT / GMAT basically want to be an MBA. A quick background points below:
Education:
10th: 88% distn
12th: 87% distn
BE (IT): 77% distn from SGSITS Indore.
Work Ex Background
2 Yrs: In Wipro Technologies
Currently: In Siemens Information Systems (just joined this May)
Aim for next one year: CAT 2012 and/or GMAT, basically want to be an MBA from ONLY among the premier B-Schools.
Please answer My Questions else i will lose believe in Forums :cheers::
1) Any significant difference between CAT and GMAT syllabus ? or i can prepare parallely both. :sneaky:
2) About CAT i know, but about GMAT no idea 
, i mean about Exam date, application date Calender. Any specific links to see details.
3) B-Schools accepting GMAT score card.
4) Program Courses offered by B-Schools for GMAT and CAT peoples are same. Or they have different program all together.

Its been 2 days since I started digging through the forum as a guest and suddenly made up my mind to register....why? (take a guess!!)
Anyway...to start with....I am Anand Parameswaran. An engineer (E&C;), working in a software company (that's my third), having a little over 6 years of experience in software development, maintenance and support. I've been wanting to crack GMAT for some time now....had trouble deciding the right time.
I joined PG because I believe that I could get all the help/advice/information/tips etc. I may need to crack GMAT....right here...right now.
