It all depends on your CAT score. So focus on cracking CAT. Rest comes afterwards.

I have studied err.. almost all subject outside of the "bio" field and trust me i still feel like :banghead:.
As of now my life seems to be gong in the 
direction...:P but hopefully that will clear up soon. I don't hold grudges easily but when i do i don't let'em go easy either.

Hello friends . I am Ishu from kolkata . I have recently graduated b.com with just about 35% aggregate (Approx) . I have not given any cat/mat/xat or any other kind of entrance test till now , Yet i want to do MBA ( i bet ur laughing 😐 ) . I just want to know that do i stand a chance ? is there an institute ( ofcourse fully recognised as required for a proper mba institute to be ) where i can get admission ? i hav no problem in going for a CAT / MAT , im ready for that but i just need to know can i get admission only on the basis of good score in an entrance test ? if yes then how much do i need to score ? Dont think im over-confident , the only reason i could not do well in b.com is coz i ws too much occupied with my BPO job 
( which practically ruined my career ) but now im really serious with my future . Any and all information are welcome . Thank You

No one is here to laugh dear. All are here to discuss and help.
Back to your academics, I would recommend that you apply an improvement(there would be such a provision in your university) and improve your graduation score to 50+. This should put you on track for a lot of good B-Schools. You may later appear for MAT (it happens 4 times a year). I am not aware of a good B-school where you my apply but if there is, someone here would definitely help!!!

Your graduation marks are too less. I don't think you would be eligible even if you get good scores in CAT / MAT. Few fraud institutes may offer you unapproved courses. I would suggest you either appear for improvement exams if your university allows it or go for MCom get good marks and then go for MBA. I am not sure what is eligibility for MBA from IGNOU (Distance learning approved course).

I am Eeshan from New Delhi. I passed out as a B.Tech Graduate from Amity, I.P. University in 2010, and have been working for HCL Technologies as a Software Engineer in QA Automation.
My experience in HCL has been quite diverse, as I have worked in different roles and interacted with different kinds of people, and the exposure has been really good. 
I want to do obtain an MBA Degree from a Tier-1 College in India or Abroad, the purpose being, fulfilling my career objective of becoming an Entrepreneur, and consequently running my own business. 
My scores in Academics have been pretty good 😃 ; Xth (93.2%), XIIth (88.4%), B.Tech (81%), plus recognition at various levels and participation in non-core activities.
I'm joining PG, as I've heard a lot of praise from my friends, this being an exciting and informative resource for all people who want to "ascend" ... and I know I'm a Pagal Guy anyway. ;)
CAT and GMAT are my only objectives for the coming year. Hope to learn from PG and do well. Adios Amigos!
