..this is himanshu..just joined in here as i just entered the rat race to cat-2013...:)
i am pursuing b.tech ece,2nd year...aiming at cat-2013 which is more than 1 n half years away..but starting now...will get to learn a lot from you people's experiences...

i have job offer from capgemini ( software engineer). my cat 2011 result was not upto the mark. 81 percentile.

i am unable to decide weather to drop an year or join cap.

Dude, join the company: Cap is good!!!

Prepare for the next yr while working, m sure you can manage a few leaves in between.. start studying straight away!!!!

NEVER DROP AN YEAR AFTER GRADUATION , WEX ONLY HELPS YOUR PROFILE!!

i think u should join there n then side by side prepare for the competitive exam as at the end of the year u will hv work ex. which will act as a gr8 advantage for u.
rest u hv 2 decide all d best.:)

i m Rupali . preparing 4 MBA. i got 68.8 percentile in CAT and 49.5 marks in SNAP. I have 1 year 3 months work ex....m confussed in choosing good colleges with such less mars. i got thru SICSR pune. I want to knw WEther its good 4 me or nt cuz m nowhere attached to IT... Should i go 4 dat college or not cuz i think with such less marks i cant get good colleges,,,, please HELP:banghead:

Hey Rupali!!

See honestly, it will be a little difficult to get good colleges this time around, and since you are not attached to IT, if you have the time- prepare again!! work harder than this time, try and get a better score and then shoot for the colleges you like!!

I am sure working harder will only get you higher and towards better colleges!!

And def. you can get the best colleges in India!!!

Hi All,

I am Ganeshreddy, I am from Hyderabad.

I have done my MCA from NITK surthkal, and currently working in TCS Hyderabad. I have work experience of 2.4 years.

I want to do my MBA in IIMs and i want to be entrepreneur. And photography is passion. I want to start a company after completing my MBA.

I am currently preparing for CAT-2012, and i have joined IMS coaching centre just after finishing my CAT-2011 exam.

My previous Attempts:

CAT-2010 ...... 75 percentile
CAT-2011 ...... 87 percentile

Expecting to come with the flying colors this time 😃

I have a 1 yr working experience from tata steel as a software developer, and now currently searching for a good B-school as my scores in Feb mat is 527.5(45%) can sum1 suggest me which all colleges should i apply for ....kindly help me out for the colleges having IT since i want to do HR-IT...

10th- 62 %

mat-70 %

Hi, I am surbhi. I have two years of work experience in IT industry. I selected in great lakes of institute, chennai. But My interview for MDI is on 30th March.

Please suggest whether i will go for great lakes or wait for mdi, gurgaon.
