hai priya, I am arjun and sooraj venugopal a student of soms, nit calicut(2011-13) is a friend of mine, who motivated me to join nit calicut.. plenty of doubts but, I hav got 52%ile in cat and i have got only 8 months of work exp(also belongs to gen category).. What is the chance of getting selected?? Also whether dat 8 months experience will b counted and will i get extra marks for that?? how to improve in GD PI. where i should concentrate more to get selected, hereafter.. I intend to apply to NUS with 3 yrs of experience.I still need to take the GMAT.Im aware NUS does not entertain anything below 700.But considering my profile,Id like to know my chances of getting into NUS. Can someone please help.

I have already completed my MBA from IIM Bengaluru. Have no plans of pursuing another MBA (One MBA is one too many for most people). Did not know much about pagalguy when I took my CAT (2000). Now, realise that this is a good forum to have a look at every now and then.

Education and Work Ex Background: Engineer (Electrical), PGDM from IIMB. Finished PGDM in 2003. Worked for around 6 years. Mostly in the financial sector. Was an equity research analyst
Current Occupation - Entreprenuer-Teacher.
Why on PG? I use PG for getting a lot of info about B-schools, rankings. Helps me a lot during counseling. I take the CAT every now and then as I train people to take the CAT exam. Pagalguy is a good place to get a download on all kinds of MBA-related stuff. And who knows, I might also be able to contribute something. Have done well in CAT 4 times so far (the first one got me the admit. The most recent one is memorable for another reason). So, might be able to give some pointers on CAT preparation.
Specifically looking for what on PG? Gyaan on B-Schools. Random dope on CAT.
