Hey fellows... This is sort of a second homecoming for me...
I've been a PG member for around 7 years now. I became a member when I started preparing for my CAT exam, way back in 2004, cleared the exam, did MBA from a decent school in India and then after a few years of an Indian MBA, I wanted to get on the path of International MBA. PG was a huge source of knowledge and inspiration back then. I got shortlisted and then was dumped from two of the top 5 but it some friends from PG helped me out big time to sort myself back up and I gave life another fight but not through the MBA route and god has been kind so far. However, career has kept me away from these forums for quiet sometime and today, somehow I feel the need to return.
I am a Global Business Development Manager, Based out of Europe and over the last 6-7 years I have been involved in multiple aspects of business, from Sales to Margers&Acqusitions; to Portfolio Management to Consulting to New Business Incubation and now in global BD role, where I am working across Americas, Asia and Europe. I thought, it might be a good time to 'give back' to the community that gave me so much and so, I am down to scribbling this post.
If any forum member would need advise or need a sparring partner for their career questions, i will be happy to offer my help. Having got some years under the belt, i do believe that I can be of some help to some of you.

Few pointers based on your questions:
1) I don't think just the statement 'I want to do an MBA abroad only' is a good enough statement. With the target that you have in mind (i.e. INR100k per month salary at gross or net level) can be easily achieved with the help of a desi MBA from an institute of repute and trust me, with the rise of Indian professionals, this salary won't really be a big deal in 4 years from now. But if you still insist that you want global exposure, then you need to explain the your requirements a bit better. Then depending on the career path that you want to take, you will have to choose between 2 years vs 1 year, then short list the colleges that u really want to and safe bets for a 'just in case scenario'. In short, it takes investment of time, money and effort and your mail is not very clear on any of those levels
2) A 2 year US MBA could make you poorer by $150k-$200k (75lakhs to 1crore). 1 year European MBA will be 65-90k (45-60lakhs) and an Indian executive MBA or from ISB could cost INR 2-2.5million for 1 year
3) Try and answer Q1 and then u can start with the rest of stuff like GMAT preparation, Apps etc etc.. PG has amazing resources for help on such questions...
