GMAT maths is not very difficult. What is more difficult is to find out how much you need to prepare to get your dream score. Some people study MATHS for just 5-6 days and are able to get a 50 while the other manage the same in say a month. So it all depends. You may start with a basic maths sectional test (GMAT Prep I?) and see how you score. Do take authentic tests only. Also join the GMAT threads and ask questions (doubts).

I've pursued BSc biotechnology in 2010. Acquired job in an HR outsourcing company, working from 1 year. I'm aspiring to pursue MBA in a good university in UK or USA. I wanna climb up the ladder as soon as possible and become a vibrant manager which I'm capable of.
Kindly help me reach my dream and suggest solutions for my confusions -
UK or USA? Does UK MBA have value?
Will 1 year experience suffice the criteria for pursuing MBA?
How about loans and scholarships?

One year is on lesser side and particularly for UK and top US schools as well. however US is better for following reasons( needless to say in my opinion) Mecca of management education, 2 year duration, cheaper, flexible, better economic shape than Europe.
Good GMAT score and strong essays can always make up for lack of experience.
However do consider IIMs
