HI Puys!!!!!!!
This is cool dude Janak.
I have completed my B.E. in Computer Science. And currently working in an IT company from past 2.5 years.

I wanna go for PG program in Finance domain coz from past 1.5 years I am working in it and it seems to me quite interesting.
My Short term objective is to complete my PG in nxt couple of years.

hello friends this is Akshay ........... i am a 3rd year b.tech student and i want to pursue with mba as i have had it with b.tech..........guys totally frustrated from my present condition ........ want to have a good start to my mba career and need help from u guys...........

please help me decide what to do first......pursue my job and get little experience ........... or pursue my mba first..........totally bewildered at this point of time

all its funny that i had joined PG a year ago bt this is my 1st message, am goin 2 give CAT for the 1st time. Am a workin professional with around 1.5 yrs workex, i hv no idea how 2 prepare n wht 2 do 2 get into a good b-school. Can ne1 mentor me in here???... 2 b frank am not over enthusiastic 2 get calls from all IIMS n all bt i do want 2 get into any of the top -20 of them

Hi P guys!
Me working in banking sector (SBI) since last2 yrs it was alws a compromise i knew Bt nw m scared may be its for the life. Tried for TISS 6 times got interview thrice this time i was sure.Its my dream Inst cant thnk of anything else , i dnt knw what went rong I was damn sure about converting my call but lost all hopes. I wonder can age be the reason of not getting selected other then my low score in written.Making a career in HR is my dream and what can gave a factual form to my dream other then TISS call

Hey jay, The best time for any body to join classes depends on ones priority. If you feel that your verbal is strong enough, then Quant and DI can be mastered in like three months. But if you feel that your verbal needs more practice, then it is recommended that you starting preps as early as possible. You can start reading novels and editorials in times or indian express.

Hey Akshay, Frustration from Btech should not be the reason for doing MBA..Cause you will be tested on "What u did in the four years?" during your interviews. Neways, at present you should concentrate on clearing cut-offs, getting maximum calls and converting all. Then think that you should do job or MBA.

Hi Puys,
My first intro, and probably my last... :P

I'm Saurav, 21 and currently in 3rd year B.Tech. (Mechanical) from NITK Surathkal. I'm preparing for CAT 2011.

I'm on PG coz of the ebullient atmosphere it provides to the aspirants. I just wanna be a part of this (for lack of a better word) movement, and get to know about things, get help and help others. In other words, connect and get connected. I've always had an insatiable appetite for knowledge, about anything and everything, and this forum would rank in the upper echelons in that regard.

Last but not the least, I wanna meet some really wacky insane PaGaLs....!! :D

So that's probably it from my side..!!! The joyride begins here..... 😃
