Hello i am Bhimi. I am working as Assistant Professor in one of the MBA college for last six months in Gujarat. I have completed my PGDBM.
I want to know whether PGDBM is equivalent to MBA. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BEING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN ANY MBA COLLEGE UNDER THE GUJARAT TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY.
I am eligible, being an PGDBM instead of MBA.
PLEASE GUIDE ME FOR THE SAME.

hello guys, my first post...kind of weird since I am no longer an aspirant. I have already graduated out of a top B-school.
So why start posting now?...
I've gone through the whole cycle of preparation, sim CATs, real CAT, failure, introspection, resignation, 4 years of hibernation, sudden rejuvenation, mock CATs again, real CAT again, top B-school admission, intense competition, bouts of excitement and depression, then the great recession, placements under lot of tension but with little or no option, now in occupation and still left with some motivation & ambition...and when i look back lots of lessons and realizations.
So I thought i should at least now make a contribution through my suggestions and recommendations...therefore my introduction.
