Hi everyone, this is Arindam. I have completed my B.Tech this year. I have registered in PG almost one year ago, but was not so much attached to it. 
Now a days I am having the feel of necessity of pagalguy, and want to be a active participent here. I want to follow the path like some others had followed to get into their dreem B schools. I am appearing for CAT this year. But this is not the first time, I appeared for CAT in 2009 also. But the score was not promising.
Overall: 62.xx percentile, totally messed up in VA & RC. 
QA: 84.xx percentile :banghead:
DI: 78.xx percentile
I was not so active in PG since last year, but I used to read some of the successful stories of some pyus. And fortunately or unfortunately I do not know some how I fell in love with this journey called CAT 
and my milestone ambition for getting into one of the top B-Schools in the country became much stronger.
I was working with a Leather Goods export unit, but due to lack of compatibility with the job and some personal problem I left it and now at home for the last two months.

So what ever the situation I am coming for CAT2010
My strong section is Quant and DI and weak in VA. May be I have improved a bit this year.
I donot know whether I will be able to crack it this time or not but still if it would not, I have enough energy left in my blood to pursue for CAT2011

1.The pg e-book on cat achievers has inspired me alot.The stories of pg and its insane members has been incredible.:D
2.I ve been a national level sportsman,bournvita quiz contest winner and soon to be musician.:oi have alwaya been good at studies but screwed up by II pu(12th) and scored 60%(had to undergo a major surgery):-(n very less when compared to my 10th std....which was 90%:shocked:
3.I rejected an engineering seat from a good engineering college which i got through sports quota.This decision was made because i had greater and bigger dreams.Most of you would agree with me that the kind of education we recieved in our primary and higher primary education have not helped us the least in our lives uptill now.:|for me atleast.....
i want to get into any of the elite b-schools to get my mba and then hop on the mission to educate!!!!:D
4.I am here for guidance and support to prepare for the various mba entrance examinations and to get to know the insane members of pg!!!:o

Hi everybody...it sandeep i completed my btect last yr n have few mnths of wrk-x at wipro tech....i basically m here 2 discuss about gmat n cat n espically hw 2 get thrugh to the mba in uk since its fr one yr n how to manage the cost factors..a gud student:D not vy gud still dreams 2 be in iim-a but the funny rule of 70 percent have shattered my dreams as i missed my 70 percent in class 12th by 1 percent..hence 2 increase my profile m lukin fr sm othr iim or gmat n no less but concerned abut cost factors as i keep my feet on ground n know the fact but has not lost hopes n really fight till the end.....but in the duration of nxt year...as m lackin tym..
