Is it possible to schedule an interview with admission committee member/alumni at any world MBA tour event?
If yes, then could any one please let me know the process for same?
Do I need to submit my application before that?
Do I need to make an appointment for this or it can be scheduled on the ad-hoc basis?

If you're talking informational interview yes. If admissions interview NO. Schools will generally want to see a complete application before deciding whether/not to interview you. MBA Tour events are just marketing & get-to-know events.
