please dicuss issues relating to the interview for IT managers
The interview call letter is asking us to show 2 years experience....but which two years ? the last two years , or experiecne is only required till the date you fillled AAI form ?I have 3 and a half years experience, 6 months in one company and then 3 yrs in another . Now do I show exp. of those 6 months and 1 and a half years exp. in current company OR I can shhow 2-3 yrs exp. in my current company and that should be enough ?
How do you get the admit card for the written exam , does anybody have that link? v

Can someone clarify what do they mean by work experience in "Executive Category"? It is related to PSU exp or include some min basic salary or what. TIA.

I asked a quora contact regarding these interviews ..this is what he had to say
"As far as I talked to some people from that department, they told me it’s going to be a mix. They’d turn the interview towards the direction which they’d judge from your qualification and previous work experience. So you can say it would be partly technical and rest mostly non-technical. As even they understand that not every candidate does not bring with them exactly the desired skill set. "

What if some one is not having NOC and working in Govt sector! Are they allowing to appear in interview ??
Guys who are going for interviews , please ask them to give a clear idea about executive cadre , what do they include in executive cadre , is there a salary constraint or there should be people reporting directly to you ? this was not clear and woithout this clarity we can not submit undertaking
