A student while contemplatin about admissions from various b-schools should not rely just on ranking as these do not uncover a true picture. FT should come out of the closet and publish the scores assigned to various b-schools by weighing multitude of factors taken into account.
Without this data, rankings disguises the decision made by students. At the outset no company verifies b-school ranking while offering a job to a potential candidate. So why ranking should matter ?
Is FT just making money by permitting entry to some unpopular b-schools ??
