Some of the popular Irish Institutes are Trinity College Dublin, National University of Ireland, University college Dublin, Dublin Business School, National college of Ireland, UCD Smurfit Business School and duration for most of the Master programs offered by these institutes is 1 year so in case you are looking for 1 year Master course then Ireland can be good option for you.
