Hello members,This might sound a stupid question: The age limit for IB latest recruitment is 18-27 years. My date of birth is 23rd Jan 1990 i.e. I'm 27 years 7 months old. Am I eligible for this exam?

Guys, please help me resolve my issue. I haven't uploaded my photo and sihnature yet. But when I open my ID , the status shows that everything has been completed. When I open my application, no photo or signature has been updated. Submission date even is blank. Can I register again or is this due to some technical reasons?
