@Barmy its going to take a lot of time...u got to wait till jan end and then u wil get ur id and then ur account wil get activated....

@Barmy do we subscribe before getting the membership????????? it is the same as http://www.actuariesindia.org/downloads/Application%20Form_Affiliate%20Membership.pdf right? also it says we need referees to sign......... who can i ask? i have cleared acet in dec and have sent my form ..no response yet...
@Barmy ct-3 is the best option...cause ur fresh from acet and also u wil b having good knowlegde abt stats now...so i recommened take ct-3 and other subjects which u like.
@Barmy yes that i had sent on 19th itself......but no reply yet...........hop[e they don't reject it for some reason..........as such i have put all the papers they had asked for

You can always call them or mail them to confirm. But don't get impatient.
For them applications have shoot up like anything. It is not their fault as well. Everybody wants to become actuary but no one is willing to work in Institute of Actuaries. They will send you everything; don't worry.

Ok...so you mean that 12th standard maths & statistics and higher maths? Is it?
I had actually called them up this past Sat. But they refused to tell me whether they had received my application. The post office says that my application has been delivered (indiapost.gov.in). The least that they can do is send an acknowledgement through email when they receive an application. But... sigh..
@KhattamInsaan hey i too had called them and she said wait till saturday and then saturday i received a mail giving confirmation and my memeber details...but the attachement they have sent is of 2012.......... so i m confused coz it says foto id attached but i do not see any such thing.........it seems i need to fill the details and send to them but what is still a doubt
HI I wanted to know if there is an option of giving the ACET exam in Dubai
