I hav heard that one (Esp. the girls) is not allowed 2 go out of the campus during the training period i.e. there is restriction on the movement!!!:wow:

I was also going through the same position. I called infosys, hyderabad. The HR people told me that everything is done by recruitment team at bangalore, so better call them. Therefore one of my friend who is in Bangalore called the "recruitment team" at Bangalore. They asked for the candidate id and then confirmed my name. Then he searched some database and told that "the result is very positive and you'll get an email within 10 days". I made the call 4 days back. But I'm sure that these HR people don't know the meaning of "Within". Anyways I'm already selected for Sasken with the package of 4.1 lacs. I'm sure Infy is not going to give me this much package. so, I'm not thinking about infy anymore.
my father n i have lost all the hopes for infy n he says that i should do mba instwad of waiting 4 infy's result

Try to call them and talk with the HR. In which college do you have calls for MBA??
infosys ppl transfer the call but at the other end no one pickup the phone. i'm making so many std calls there whenever i find time

wht i know is tht yes thy send both selectn n rejectn.But ths r sys generated mails so u dont know whthr thy will reach u.One of my frndz got ths rejectn letter ,i have seen the format..

i m the chap wh have received 3rd exam call of infy i.e. on 28th may
Due to some reasons i cant attend the 28th may exam also
will hr people of infy allow me to give test afterwards
wt shud i do
help me out of this hurdle

whenever they send u a call letter for xam they mention yr roll.no in dat...or else u shld consult wth the guys who conducted the drive...i mean college or any consultancy...
i know that but in my case they gave an ad in news paper of 3rd march and test was on 4th march so they had no time to allot roll nos. only those student who got hall tickets issued from their college have roll nos.

They will allot you roll no. only when they call you for the test through mail. But in the case of walkin recruitments you will not be given any roll no.
I also attended a walkin test of infy on 25 March in delhi and i was not alloted any roll no. I am still awaitng the result of the interview.
