untill you dont recieve any mail regarding selection or rejection ,there is possiblity of both selection and rejection. It does not matter whether u are waiting for one month or more. You can get regret mail after 1 month also.
Infosys release offer letter in batch , so it is not necessary that two people from the same location will get offer letter at same day.Releasing of offer letter is done on the basis of ur previous records, online test marks and interview. So who performs better get their ol prior
