directly received ol today (1st august 6:16pm)

Guys, got document upload mail asking me to submit my 5th sem and 8th sem marklists Which I haven't submitted at the time of interview...But now I only have 5th sem marklist and 8th sem results are yet to be published...What should I do? Send only the 5th sem marklist or wait for 8th sem results and mail them both marklists together? Any answers would be appreciated, Thanks in advance (2nd July TVM batch)
