The Indo-German Training Centre is the management training division of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. Established in Mumbai (in 1991), Chennai (in 2005) and Bangalore (in 2008), all the three IGTCs share a common vision under the aegis of the Chamber. They conduct a flagship 18-month, full-time Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration based on the famed German Dual EducationSystem that groomsbusiness managementtrainees for the future requirements of IGCC member companies.
The Indo-German Training Centres are centrally located in the heart of the city, which makes them easily accessible for the student community. They are fully air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled, modern training facilities. Compact classrooms, equipped with audio visual aids provide the right ambience for the faculty and the students to nurture their teaching-learning process. A well-equipped in-house library provides the necessary knowledge resources. Every year, a cumulative strength of 105 trainees can be accommodated for training across the three centres (25 in Bangalore, 30 in Chennai and 50 in Mumbai) and are made readily employable for the industry.
Beyond the flagship programme, the IGTCs conduct a one year Executive Business Management Programme (on weekends) and Open Training Programmes for further learning and development of employees of IGCC member companies. IGTCs also liaise closely with member companies to periodically assess and understand their training needs and provide training solutions through Customised Management Development Programmes.
