India Fellow is an experiential leadership program for young Indians that include working full time for a year with a field partner organization on a specific project together with training, mentoring and reflection. This experience will empower India Fellows to find their own leadership potential, shape their futures &make a difference. It's about leaders who develop deep exposure to India's broader realities; understand the challenges& opportunities in diverse environments; &to create social good. India Fellow is a platform which helps you discover your own journeys towards becoming Socially Conscious Leaders of tomorrow".
