Here's the answer I'm going to give you Now and also after any further attempts by you to engage us in a verbal dual. In an institution there are certain rules that need to be followed. We completely understand your curiosity because we have also been in a similar situation just one year earlier. But we can only disclose that details which the Placement Committee allows us to. (http://imt.edu/Placements/PGDMPlacementReport.aspx)
Further, Go through some of our posts last year. You will get some answers there. http://www.pagalguy.com/cat-and-related-bschools/imt-2012-14-admission-notification-out-t-71754/p-2920870
Hello,I am done with my CAT and expecting a decent percentile(in between 87 - 93). My acads are as follows. X - 84 XII - 89 BE - 76 with 2 years of experience by December 12. What are my chances of getting in to IMT?? Would like to get certainty before I apply for it. Please help me out puys!!
@vasi_kart It depends on your consolidated score which will depend on your performance in gdpi + acads + extra curricular + work ex+ percentile score. You have decent acads so please go ahead.
@victor11Only those applicants who are making the application fee payment through DD or giving an IMS/CL/TIME receipt are required to post the 'tear-off' sheet to IMT. Those applicants who are directly making the payment online, are not required to mail the application separately.Once your online payment goes through and your 'Application Number' is generated, your application is considered complete. You do not have to post/email anything to IMT.
I would suggest you to go through the FAQs link provided under the admissions heading on imt website.
@bajwanApplicants for PGDM (Executive) must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, at least 50 per cent marks and a minimum five years work experience after graduation as of 30th June 2013. For applicants who want to apply for PGDM (Executive) on the basis of IMT Entrance Test, Admissions Notification will be released in Jan 2013.
@GaulGMAT scores from 1st January 2010 onwards will be valid. At the time of gdpi you should have valid proof of your score of GMAT.
Hey thanks. My concern is this: I am writing my GMAT on Jan 16, but the last date of application is dec 10, if i am right. So while filling the form, i will be giving only my GMAT ID,not the score. In that case how would they even call for gd? Whether my GMAT score can be updated in the later date?
@Gaul You can fill the form with your GMAT ID. Then at a later stage a window will open which will ask you to update your score of GMAT. On the basis of that score you will be called for gdpi. I understand your concern. There are gdpi calls given even after that window of scores is updated by candidates because everyone does not appear for CAT as in your case.
