I have registered for IMT and got my unique ID number but havent received any confirmation mail. How do I come to know that I have been registered as a candidate? Also, do we have to update our CAT/XAT percentiles, once the results are out?
i have filled the form online and made the payment, do i need to send the form to IMT also?

Yes indeed. The cut-off for getting a GD-PI call for IMT-Ghaziabad PGDM last year was 90 percentile Overall for CAT and XAT. No separate weightage to Acads for getting a GD-PI call.

If you are able to log onto the portal and it shows that your payment has been received, then you have been registered as a candidate. However, do send in a mail to admissions stating your case.
You will have to upload your XAT score later. You will be notified of the same. CAT scores are taken automatically.

1) If you are writing both CAT and GMAT - if you get an interview call based on CAT score, even then you can update your GMAT score (similarly for XAT) - when the window opens for the same.
When the final admission offer is made, the best of your scores is considered (with due weightage to the exam).
2) If you are writing GMAT only (or XAT only) - you will get a interview call in the latter schedule. Again, the best of your scores will be considered for the final offer.
