@DudeMayank The weightage is the same as was communicated to u earlier. 50% to the XAT/CAT score. 50% to GD/PI and profile.

dude last year i scored 98 in xat and hadgread GD and nicePI... still igot DCP
this year too i got same afterscoring 99 andi have 11 months exp now..
i think they are just making fool of us by showing XAT score as a criteria
