Aint gonna happen with DCP....didnt happen last year either

This info is based on last 2 years trend...
Whoever converted for DCP, no upgrades happened.
If they left the seat, the next set of emails were sent out calling for DCP guys only.
NO upgradation from DCP to any other took place..
Not sure how is it going to be this year.
