LAst year shortlist by Jan end and GD-PIs started by early Feb. Don't worry - you'll get sufficient time to plan your travel.

Normally, The first shortlist comes by Jan end. This is CAT based.
Then, post XAT results, you can upload XAT and GMAT scores too.
2 cases can happen -
1) You have already got a call through CAT - Your XAT score is uploaded and if it's better than CAT score, XAT score is considered in evaluating your overall score.
2) You have Not got a call through CAT - you now get a call through XAT/GMAT, if your score clears the cutoff.

Based on last year's cutoffs, you should get a GD-PI call

LAst year's cutoff was 90 percentile overall. This year's depends on the applications received..

Not to the Ghaziabad campus, in my opinion. But you do stand a chance for the Nagpur and Hyderabad campus.
