Got the fee structure from the college website..My question is, does the hospitality charges of Rs.25,000 per trimester include mess charges too ? Also what kind of rooms are given ? How many students per room ?
@alex__john Yes Hospitality charges include the mess charges. Twin sharing rooms are offered to the students :)

No one goes to IIM-B with those marks - They introduced the Academic Profile Based Selection Criteria in India, you will never find a guy with less than 85-90 on any academic value in an exam, forget 60s. (sorry)
atleast a 720 on gmat to even be considered and 750 to have a safer bet to offset your earlier academic scores for ISB and IIM-A pgpx.
the good part is mining experience (hoping its core experience and not IT), bad part is academics.
you are correct about your academics concern and go by the book on that - you also try colleges outside, if you are considering it as an option, in mining focussed places. your experience can, just may be, even be preferred for consulting - because industry experience is a plus sometimes in consulting - especially operational consulting.
only choose isb or iim-a if you are going for a 1 year pgpx in India. glim is a complete no-no from this side (just said that because the name has been mentioned). iim-L, iift, spjain, imt, mdi wont get you anywhere if you are looking for a one year pgpx /2 year pgdm and infact you will feel bad to see younger kids with no or relatively younger bagging better jobs - Indian Laterals Placements are about IT and almost nothing else in 90% of the cases. If you want to switch Industry, only go for PGPX and preferably only IIM-A and ISB (yet again) or outside if possible.
PS: This is the wrong forum to ask this question btw. In case you are applying to IMT - Tatas, JSW do come for manegerial profiles and vedanta did try and recruit HR from here (I think but the girl didnt go because of the location - jharsuguda is it? this was 2012) come here within the same industry.

Since u have already updted your GMAT score ... u will be automatically considered for IMT-G . We will consider your best score among CAT,XAT, GMAT

50 marks for your qualifying exam & rest 50 for GD-PI, domain knowledge, work-ex (if any), background , this component is completely variable..
