Nope, it won't. Just subtly mention during your interview that IMT-G is your first preference but while doing so, don't undermine IMT N,H and D. :)
@AMTS "Once submitted" applies to XAT and cannot change it later. leave CMAT options open for now and submit.

2)I have got a call from IMT DUBAI. It is telling me to "download Personal details form" and fill it. From where can i get this ?

it wont affect anyhow ur chances for imt g.
see at a later stage since ur xat>90 u ll b asked for pref for imt g and its courses.
then based on ur cumulative score u ll b allotted campus and d course. so filling up ur choices for n/h/d as of now wont affect ur chances for imt g.

I have got a call for the IMT hyderabad,Dubai and Nagpur campus. Its on 23rd Feb. but this date is clashing with my great lakes interview..I had a talk with the people in the admissions dept. and they said that I will have to request the people at the interview venue itself on the 23rd of feb..but this is next to impossible as I have both the interviews on the same date and in the same time slot..I have 88 percentile in CAT and 92 percentile in XAT. As I have not yet received a call for IMT Ghaziabad , can I expect a call thru my XAT score for all the four campusesonce again? Seniors , wud really appreciate if u cud help me out!
Also, Great Lakes has its interview slots for Kolkata only on 23rd so they can not reschedule..

No, IMT- Ghaziabad does not accept CMAT Score. It accepts only CAT/XAT/GMAT Scores. However, the Nagpur & Hyderabad Campuses do.
@manisha112 There won`t be another call from IMT.... they will consider ur xat score during the final evaluation which makes u eligible for imt g. So u can contact the imt folks to change ur interview date or appear for GL interview in other city (if there r any slots in other cities viz. mumbai, bangalore, chennai,etc).
