@debpriyad i was asked the same question in my interview for IMT-G...i said i have calls from IIM Kozhikode, Nirma University as well..so the panelist asked me "between Nirma and IMT, which one would you choose?" (my answer: IMT) "between IIM Kozhikode and IMT, which one would you choose?" (my answer: of course, IIM Kozhikode)..take a cue from that!! :)
finally XAT based call!!!!!!!!!!!! 28 th feb 2013 12.30pm kolkata.anybody else????

But, wouldn't it jeopardize our chances if we clearly mention our preference for some other institute over their institute ? BTW, I have my GD/PI for Nirma on 30th in Kolkata too.
@hgupta88 :I received a call from imt n/h/d.When I reached there we were shown the videos of imt-n/h/d.my ques is why were not shown presentation about imt-g?also there was not a single student of imt-n organizing the event.Whereas in other colleges there are students of the same college who manage the whole process.I felt something wrong abt it.Please clarify this.Also tell me when we will be asked about imt-g preferences.(i have secured 97.98%ile in XAT and i feel that at this score if i am not considered for imt-g then it would be unfair to all the candidates who have scored well in xat but not in cat).Please reply asap as many candidates are asking the same ques again and again.
@debpriyad it would appear foolish on ur part if u say i will choose IMT over an IIM...coz no matter what, IIM is any day the preferred choice and even the panelists know that!!
@ddutta16 dude...can you please tell me your percentile? I am asking bcoz i've also applied thru xat and have not got a call as of now...

u ll b asked abt ur pref for imt g only at a time near d declaration of results.
abt d presentation and student handling, students are handling process only at imt g and all d oder centers administration is only handling.

Yes, possibly. But, whatever you choose to say, have a defense ready. Say, you prefer Nirma then why or why did you come to IMT and waste time and money etc. Be clear and just say it.

my percentile is 96.39 in XAT. how much is yours?

I know i hv applied too late ....but while submitting the scores u can submit only once ....and as they accept cmat scores also for their nagpur and hyd campuses....but cmat scores are not avail as of nw...so will i be able to enter my cmat scores later because scores can be submitted only once ? ...Shud i submit my cat and xat scores ?

hv gt a call fr GD & PI for NYD campuses. Can soemone guide me that this will also give an option to opt for their Dual Country programme where first year is ata Dubai Campus and teh second year is at Ghaziabad thnx in advance
