@sidkej What are the differences between a PGDM (from IMT-G) and a DCP?

@nissin the differene is that DCP is a dual country program in which u will spend your first year in dubai and second year in ghaziabad. apart from that there is no difference in the course structure or curriculum.

@nissin the advantage of taking up DCP is that you get to choose where u want to intern .. dubai or india .. both options are available

@hgupta88 @lohitgupta Hi guys why is imt-G keeping 90 percentile cut off for both cat and xat?
in cat there are over 2lakh applicants and in xat its only .9lakh...shouldnt the xat cutoff be a bit lower than 90.Just to give a fair ground to students.

in cat 20000 clear cutoff but in xat only 9000.(some kind of normalization should be done for xat scores as getting into 90's is tougher in xat due to less applicants and more serious competitors as many people give cat just for the sake of it)

Shouldnt the cut off be around 87-88 for xat.

@m001 Yes, the work-ex certi or releiving letter will suffice. Last payslips ,only if you have them.

@neotype1 : i agree with your logic..but don't forget scoring 90 in CAT isn't easy either. Scoring 85 is. As you go above 90, the amount of effort required grows exponentially, as the quality of students improves drastically.

Truth is CAT is the most important MBA entrance exam today and almost all good Colleges take it as benchmark. IITs and FMS defected to CAT from their own tests. Just a few colleges(good ones) take from both CAT and XAT. And more seats are reserved for CAT entrants.

I am not sure about the process that IMT follows or even their admission policy as a matter of fact.

@Riya3 : Gee..thanks a lot. That makes my life a whole lot easier. Cant believe they want to ask someone having 28 months of Work Ex about stuff that he forgot just the day after the exams.

90 is the cutoff for last year thru both CAT and XAT?
Is it true for this year too?
I have got 89.15%ile in xat, will i not get the call ?
