60 people were divided into 4 panels of 15 each.
after registration and verification of documents
we were called for GD .. it was a case study (short one) about GM crops..
we were given 10min to prepare and 10min for GD and 5 min to write the summary.
those who dint get chance to talk were given a chance in the last (i was one :P)
then the interviews started acc to serial no.s assigned to us. it lasted around 12min for everyone.
all were pretty normal questions like tell me about yourself .. why mba? tell me about ur current job .. why did u left the previous job .. and be prepared with the things u have wrote in the app form.. they also asked about hobbies .. it was okay for me.. nothing stressful .. just keep ur cool 😃
P.S: the above one has happened to me .. not everyone were asked the same questions .. its just my experience ..

is there any essay writing on the GD topic?
Pls tell me if the GD round is elimination round? Also we just need to bring that form we were sent online right for the interview. Nothing else? And for XAT score we just need to update the score on the website. anything else?
@scheck It;s actually the form which u need to fill it before attending .. it is being mailed along with the call letter ..
@catapultor thnx that gives a bit of relief..actually couldn't clear the va cut off,so no calls from xlri..can someone help with what exactly should i prepare for the gd pi,other than the current affairs??i m an engg. student.
Pls tell me if there is elimination after GD at Ghaziabad and if the form we got online is all we have to fill for the GDPI!

@maverick7777 No resume required .. the form along with all the required documents are enough .. u need to carry 2 photocopies of the form after filling ..

@filistine they dint ask me any GK questions .. others had some .. as i had work experience, they dint ask me any academics .. may be if ur fresher.. u can expect some

dude what all can we write in that extra currirular section in the form as they say only state/national/international shud be written... i've cleared cfa level 1... can i write that?? cz i cannot think of anything else..
@siemens_12 it was about GM crops man .. not many had good idea about it .. we were hardly repeating points .. prior knowledge would be an advantage but u never know wat they give u .. pure luck
