Sorry for my ignorance but has the IMT application reopened??

I have got 88 %ile in CAT and interested only in Ghaziabad campus, shall I apply??

@JokarForLife yes IMT application deadline extended to 20th feb.....Cut offs would be > 90 for CAT and XAT...If you have > 90 in CAT or XAT, only then apply for IMT G....Rest you would be eligible for IMT N and H if less than 90...

Could someone please tell me details about the specializations offered at IMT Ghaziabad? I know there are four main PGDM offerings. I want to know the difference between the PGDM full time course and the Finance course. Also what is the IB course all about?

@Abhisheklfc In PGDM, you study the general topics from all branches of management in the first year. In the second year, you choose a major and minor elective which become your specialization.

In the other courses, say Finance, you still study the same in first year (almost the same) but Finance remains your major specialization.

An MBA in IB is almost the same as a simple MBA, except that all the subjects you study have an international outlook or linkage. Like, International marketing/finance/trade laws etc. If you go through the subjects of each semester/trimester you'll come to know.

@Abhisheklfc Yes. If you go through the information on website, you can know about all the major and minor electives that you can select during the second year.

The cut-off through XAT score is also 90%ile, right?
