ALso guys, where's the centre number written in the cat- scorecard. BIMTECH is asking for it.
a) As I have already repeated, you will have to upload your XAT/GMAT scores through the admissions portal.This facility on the portal is not up yet - some technical issues. Please be patient.

1) The first PART of the GD-PI shortlist will is on the basis of CAT results only. The second part of the list, based on XAT/GMAT will come up a few days later – after those scores have been uploaded and processed – all it means is that the XAT/GMAT interviews will start a few days after the first GD-PI processes start.
2) GD-PI conversions will be mailed to candidates individually. No combined list will be released. Even when the mails start reaching candidates, be patient.
3) The emails for the same will be sent out phase-wise - first for a few centres, then later on for the other centres. So don't panic if you have a good score and you don't get a call in the first release of GD-PI emails.
4) Some of you with a poorer CAT score might get a call for Nagpur/Hyderabad campus initially. Again, don't panic and DEFINITELY ATTEND THE INTERVIEW FOR THE SAME. Later on, if your XAT score is good, you will be considered for Ghaziabad campus also. (And your specialization preferences for the now-converted IMT-G call will be taken from you later.)
5) If you have not given CAT but only XAT/GMAT – you will not get a call in the first list but later on.So what it means is that you will NOT get 2 interview calls. But for final evaluation, your best score will be taken.
So, to sum up, We have the following possibilities: a) You get a good CAT score and get the campus call you want. b) You couldn't do well in CAT - you didn't get a call for IMT at all OR c) Based on your CAT score, you got a call under the Nagpur or Hyderabad campus.Do attend the interview. The interview is a standardised metric, used across all campuses. Later, when your XAT results are considered -d) you didn't get a call at all earlier - but now you get one. e) you got a call for Nagpur/Hyd earlier, attended the interview - but your XAT score is good enough to qualify you for a Ghaziabad convert - then your XAT score will be considered for final evaluation and Not the CAT score.
Let's make one thing very clear - IMT is Not forcing you to join any campus. The choice is up to you.
6) Specialisation preferences – you will have to provide these later, in a separate form – when you get a GD-PI call.

@lohitgupta Does the phase wise email mean that it is mumbai today and some other city tomorrow ? And then mumbai never comes in picture again ?

right now only mumbai guys( and girls..) are getting the calls ...but im a reside in mumbai and no call yet......do they have a minimum for graduation

Guys, refer last year's thread ...
GDPI in Mumbai were conducted from from 5th Feb to as late as 18th Feb. Calls are given according to the date of application. So, everyone can expect their call in a week or so, may it be any center. GDPI is simultaneously conducted in all cities as per the last year's scenario...
@anantn ....as i said my friend ....i'm also just a fellow candidate like you .....if you had filled mumbai as a preference , i'm sure you'll get a call ......and about the high school score...i haven't heard anything such as that.....so you're safe (i think so) .........did you apply after 9th jan ?
