Guys this is to disccuss our scores in OPEN SIMCAT 1 conducted on 26 JUNE 2011 by IMS ..Post your scores here...
the quant section was comparatively easy.. i didn't capitalized the situation
was able to solve 8 questions with 100%accuracy
The DI section was moderate difficult except the data sufficiency questions they were pretty easy
and the verbal section i'm not the right person to comment on it..
scoring around 65-70 in ppr..
Gave the Simcat today. Quant was moderate. Scored 32 in that.
Verbal too was moderate. I found RCs difficult though. Expecting 23.
DI was difficult. Struggled with many questions bt couldnt solve them. Attempted only around 8 questions. All correct
Now I have to decide whether I should join IMS's test series or not? What is the general opinion regarding the quality of IMS test series guys?

Overall paper was on the easier side...VA being the exception

MY attempts: maths 20, english 13, DI/LR 12......
DI was the toughest..........lengthy.......better say illogical......
maths was easy...........english....ims with trend.....
I thought tO TAKE ADMISSION ims TEST series with AIMCATS but i am not going for IMS TEST series....

Quants and DI were very doable . . Both on the easy side .. . .Verbal needs to be worked on a LOT . . . .
