i called up iim i office and got this information, the waiting list clearance details and other updates will be put up on the website on 21st may.
Me wl # 97. Its almost a lost cause now.
Puys, when sum1 calls to ask about their wl numbers, please ask bout the number of final calls given.

I am a Metallurgical Engineer....So, are there any specific Iron/Steel/Metal Sector companies(say Arcelor Mittal which do comes in IIM-ABC) coming to IIM-I where i can have an advantage to say so??????
I am wait listed at 137. Will declare it to be a lost cause only once i know the number of final calls though 😃 the official asked me to check my status on the 21st. HTH

I am in a dilemma here.. I have to choose between XLRI(HR course) and IIM indore... I am not 100% sure about HR, but i am a little inclined towards it..
So I am finding it difficult to decide ..
If anyone can help me with any input about both it would be a great help!!

regarding HR - there are to be true very few courses floated in 2nd yr for HR
if u want specific info on HR i can connect you people to a student doing FPM in HR at IIMI
guys pls be specific as to wat u want to know abt insti when posting such queries
for eg u want feedback on faculty, courses etc
for no of final calls since we r also not in insti it is very difficult for us to tell that...

first of all I am not a senior but i have seen these things last year too so m telling u.
If you see the last year's waiting movement u r in but u can not conclude anythig from last years data coz things mite change this year like candidates preferring I over L/K. Sole call getters converting their calls etc. But this year no of call out will be for 240 seat as I has increased it's intake so this will be reason to be happy.
U'll come to know bout this only on 20th.

Has anyone received the offer letter?
for those who have, plz upload a copy of it.
I called up the IIM-I office yesterday and the person in the admissions department told me that he would be sending out emails to all the selected candidates which will have the Admission Offer Letter No. (which u might have noticed wasnt there in the downloadable acceptance letter which was there on the results page). We can take a printout of the mail and send that along with the draft as well. So we will have 2 options in case we dont recieve the offer letter. But he told me that he would be sending out the emails by Monday evening. So far, I havent recieved any email. Has anyone of you recieved something of the kind?

A lot of people have already received the mail. It's a manual process where they have to send a mail to every individual with their details and hence it might take some time before everyone gets the mail. So just have a little patience (i know its tough) you'll soon hear from them. 😃

nope...but we will soon be getting it......don't get impatient buddy.....but yes sum people have got confirmation email.....do visit IIM Indore Mentorship Forum € IIM Indore 360 to get the format of the email received by sum people....
