I'm sorry if the title sounds a bit cliched. But i'm really curious about the kind of positions that the various IBs recruit from the IIMs (The PGDM program). Do they recruit people into FO roles like S&T; and IB or is it more of the operations side that they recruit for?
I've always wanted to get into a trader role and i cant decide if an IIM degree or a CFA would help me more.
I just got recruited to GS ops from my college and i would like to break into S&T.;
Also, do they recruit you at an analyst level or an assosciate?
