I currently work in GS ops and am looking to break into trading or IB. I'm sorta curious as to which division do these big IBs recruit for. I know a lot of guys working in GS BO even though they completed their MBAs at IIM.
Do banks like JPM and GS still recruit IIM grads for ops roles?
Also do they recruit them at analyst level or associate?
