IIMK presents AIMS 2007 - 17th and 18th November - AIMS 2007 Nov 17th & 18th IIMK - Home
The Annual IT Management Summit, or AIMS, has brought together innovators, investors, the tech industry and the IIMs every year since 2003 at IIM Kozhikode's stunning hill-top campus. Over two days of discussions, talks, breakout sessions and networking dinners, attendees have forged partnerships, showcased new products, engaged customers and found inspiration. This year's agenda is The New Frontiers of Technology - Consumer Internet, Wireless and Mobile.

Having established itself as a byword for Information Technology services, India finds itself at the cusp of a new phase of technological innovation today. Innovation that makes a difference to individual consumers, as opposed to large organizations; solves real issues we face in urban India with the aid of new technology. Leading this charge are Consumer Internet, Wireless and Mobile applications, in keeping with the surge in broadband connectivity and mobile device usage. New companies with new business models look to take the lead even as established firms scramble to keep up. Venture capital firms are faced with more complex investment decisions. Government is waking up to the massive potential of this new wave of innovation. We are clearly about to witness an exciting change in the technology landscape in the country. AIMS 2007 discusses these changes threadbare, via a meeting of the finest minds and bravest visionaries in the area. Watch as the people who matter voice their opinions and outline their vision.
