In the interview form there in an instruction given as follows "Attested copy of caste certificate if you belong to Non- Creamy Other Backward Class(issued after 1st April 2012 and before September 19, 2012 i.e.,before registering for CAT 2012)" What does this mean? How am i supposed to get a caste certificate after the last date is over?ďťż
