I am waitlisted for IIFT Kolkata, but still haven't received any mail regarding that. Should I expect any mail? And do we have to pay some fee to remain in the waitlist? Adcom please help

Since we are now receiving mails from AO regarding our Merit Ranks for Delhi campus, this info can really help us to gauge our chances before depositing 20k.

Hello guys, Previously I was not selected nor waitlisted in IIFT. Just now I reveived a mail from IIFT, asking me to submit 20k to be in the waitlist for kolkata. On website it is still showing 'you are not waitlisted'. Anybody too got this mail?
I am waitlisted for IIFT K and have to pay 20k to stay in the waitlist. There's clause in the mail that if I am offered an admission and I don't take it then 20k will not be refunded.
1) Will there be any option to deny the admission, if i am offered an admission?
2) If I accept the offer and pay the balance amount (3 L+), then what would be the last date to withdraw the admission and how much amount will I be refunded?
