So, GEM. IIFT - 97.44% WAT - really good (8.5-9/10) GD - best in my group (9-10/10) PI - short, only 8 minutes but answered to the point and confidently. Above average. (7-8/10)

18/2 afternoon slot Kolkata IIFT 3 panelist..... 1 old and 2 middle aged P--- panelist P--- What a unique name "Shilpayan". What does it mean? Me- Creation of art. I am doing my best to justify my name. Toastmaster as a platform provides me opportunity to motivate and influence people by my stories and examples of real life.i am vice president education of icon toastmaster club... Interrupted... P- Don't you think industries mean shilpayan? Me- I believe industry is a subset of art All agreed. P- continue shilpayan about toastmaster... Me- Told P- several question regarding toastmaster formation, organization type and first meeting. Me- answered correctly P- who won the international speech contest Me- Not able to recollect the name P- recent toastmaster session, what you did? Me- Toastmaster of the day. Theme- Happiness, where are you? P- Do an extempore on it for 2 minutes Me- Spoke continously for 4-5 minutes. Interviewers nodded and remarked " True true... I agree"(we're happy) P- difference between sadhguru and you Me- Told Panelist noticed I was not stopping... Hence interrupted P- daily role and responsibility Me-answered P- why iift and ib? Me- answered P- How happy are you? Me- Told I am happy in respect to fitness and happy P- no... In terms of workplace Me- told about my inclination toward managerial role and where my heart lies(honest) happy with current role but will like to upgrade my role. P- moved to current affairs... 1 international and national event Me - International-- Donald Trump national emergency ( out of emotion I told that was a mad decision as emergencybis not a childs play and cannot execute it until there is a foreign risk..... Etc... Was going to talk about that 8 billion fund which is not enough... Wall has 45 billion.... But interrupted) P- you cannot call him mad... Every one has opinion.... What is the opinion of us public Me - told the statistic of poll opinion and decision challenged in court P-national? Me - pulawama.... Withdrawal of mfn... Import duty on pakistan P- interrupted.. What is mfn? Few cross question.. Me- answered Done
