hi......... am krishnan. vats ur name? am 4th on the waiting list. so, right now my main concern is who all r not joining . the big pblm is that i have got thru siib agri business and has already paid the fees. they wud cut 1 lakh from it if i dont inform them before 18th of this month on whether iam joining or not!!!

i am ABHISHEK KAR aka parivaarboy. got a break atlast. waiting for xl pmir.
if not there surely destined for bhopal. very happy after lot of shocking failures to convert.
do u know when to pay fees?
placement not like a normal b-school. but decent enough if u are not looking for glamour.
so pls don't join if u are not interested in this sector. this is advise of a friend . no offence meant.

hello abhishek..... no news on payment date as yet and dont want to make any guesses.... hope we wud meet in bhopal ie if i can make it to the main list from my 4th place in waiting list.... thats all for now... take care.

Wel good to come across guys willing to join IIFM....Well certainly the show is not as glamorous as in othr B-Schools but then it is not the real pursuit I suppoz..Atleast not for those who are not afraid of Hard work.Righto!!!
In any case Sujith,There is no as such info about Fees and all but then the session would not start before July for sure ..so perhaps u have decent load of time to think over...
Wish to see u all thr at IIFM...

Well aren't u the same guy who has been quite active in tht IMT-N thread....Well hw about tht call of urs...I mean did u get a convert frm IMT-N...I got one but not gonna join it...Cant leave my future into the hands of one political entity u see...In any case IIFM is one institute which fascinates me.Tough but senstive..Isnt it..

Well in ur case I would just say one thing...Weigh ur own interest against the kind of institute u r gonna choose...Perhaps u'll get the answer...
As for IIFM...wat its alumni told me(I have been talkin to so many of them!!!) is tht mabe u dnt get a very lucrative first job but u end up into a vey fine career. No one is regrettin his or her choice in this regard...
Moreover wat I can suggest is tht u go to www.iifm.org search for alumni and call them up..talk to them and decide..i did tht..and am happy to do so...
In any case let the responsibility of ur final choice fall upon u and not on any forum.
