Heard that only around 42 recruiters came for a batch of 300 students (including IPM people). Top firms like Nomura and JPMC didn’t even show up. Even finance aspirants with CFA or other certifications aren’t getting roles that justify their skills, some are still unplaced. Also, a lot of internships are unpaid this year. So if you’re joining mainly for finance, please think twice – ROI and location matter a lot. In a place like Sri City, off-campus opportunities are super limited compared to Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore.
