If I will score good in CAT/GMAT, can I get good college with below academic details? Will the gaps below will create any problem?

I am a Software Engineer having 3 years experience.

I have done B.Tech from below average college in India.

I have two years gap in between 12th and B.Tech. (In those 2 years I was preparing for Engineering Entrance Examinations)

I have 10 months gap in my Graduation completion and first job. (In those 10 months I was searching for Job)

I haven't participated in any extra curricular Activity or Social Activity.

10th Marks - 71.29%

12th Marks - 64.5%

B.Tech (In CSE) Marks - 7.43/10
