Hello MBA Applicant,
Congrats on admit from IE.
Do you have any idea on placements from IE , as all Europe is facing Euro Crisis?

Hello MBA Applicant did you applied to other schools as well in Europe and do you think going to Spain will not be huge risk?

Hi,

I still haven't decided if I will be going to IE or not. Depends a lot on the scholarship. The market is not very good in the entire Europe not just Spain so u really have to push your networking skills. I have never wanted to go to US. I am still thinking over it. Lets see how it goes.:)

Hi,
even i am applying to IE. can you message me your contact number so I can give you a call.

anyother admits for IE, I am still waiting on my application

MBA applicant which session will you be going for April or Nov

I am graduating in two weeks. IE was a great experience and I really had a great time. Spain is tough in terms of a job market, but so is everywhere else in Europe. Visas are difficult to get... The US schools are different because you get a visa extension for 1 year where the company "tries you out" (once you graduate). Visas are hence, easier to get. My profile: Mexican, worked in CEMEX and General Electric, did an internship in Johnson and Johnson and accepted a full time offer starting in two months. Good luck to all.

Hi Masuarezdl,
Thanks for your update on PG. Can you please share which company and in which country you are going to join post IE. Can you also elaborate on campus placements now especially in Consumer Goods Retail Industry, irrespective of location for posting?
Thanks.

dear guys.. anyone frm u hv idea for EDHEC France.. hw is the college.. if any info plz share....

hey,
thanks for the update, will u be able to tell me how many people in your batch have gotten jobs..and will you recommend people to join IE in this economic environment? you think it is a good investment? i really need to decide but am having a lot of doubts..
the school is pretty expensive too and if you dont get a job there it will be extremely hard to pay your loan while working in India.

please help..also will be great if you can provide me with email addresses of any indians who are alumni or your batchmates.

thanks a lot.

Hi,

I have also got a confirmed admit from IE Business School. Lets touch base at [email protected]
Dear Masuarezdl,
I am planning to apply to IE but have couple of doubts.
  1. What is the placement scenario once you pass out from IE. I am really worried about the current scenario, is it worth spending so much money and how is the job scenario once you pass out from IE?

  2. What is the placement scenario for your batch as a whole. How easy/difficult was it to get placed.
  3. What is the average increment you/your batch got after MBA compared to salaries before MBA.
  4. Is it worth to spend so much during current scenario. I know it is subjective call but just want to know your opinion after you have crossed the fence.
  5. How is the learning experience/faculty/classes over there?

  6. How disadvantageous is it to not know Spain and how to cope with that.

  7. Any idea about its reputation in India (I intend to settle I India).

Thanks in advance for the answers.

MBA Applicant - I have an admit too and am on the fence as well, at this point. What other schools are you applying to? I'm an Indian international applicant from Central Asia.
