hamara kehna toh yeh hai ki jab 5 saal ka exprience icici mien mba aur b.tech ki dgree hogi aur 5 saal app laghag 15 lakh kama chuke hoge toh bhaut raste hoge job karlo business kar lo ya india ke bhar koi bank join kar lo those who r saying to ask for employees mujhe toh employee ne ye bata ya ki thora presure toh rehta hai na toh door to door jane ka koi chakaar hai kaam sara lagbhag 2 pm tak nibat jata hai aur baki sab sarkari se accha means salary and others

easily one can open account fr rs500 in any psb or even free........but these private player charge min. rs10000 for the same thing....and still manage to become 2 largest bank of india .this is only due to their service ....and dear where sevice is important wanha employees ko toh extra kaam karna parega hi....nhi toh koi q aayega

@uwaisrahman yes bro..jahan tak kuch facts ki baat hai viz (sales , target oriented job, pressure job) these are true facts. no 1 can deny these..aur rahi 5 saal k baad ki opportunity. PSBs hire Grade -II,III officer/ specilist officer direclty based on experience. [for grade-II min exp. 2/3 and for Grade-III min exp.5 yrs]. even RRBs do the same. apart from these many finance cmpanies job r there. bt for these experience is mandatory..
guys chill yaar..d'nt take pressure..every1 want to get on the top. evry 1 has its own strategy. directly blaming the bank that it will offer nthing is not good. sm1 will take ICICI route nd sm1 will prefer PSBs route. life is race yaaro. if u lag behind it is very difficult to recover..

abhi ye haal hai mere ek dost ko ACCENTURE ne software devloper ka 3 month ka training dene k baad software testing mein dal diya.when he complaint company ask him to go again 1 month traing for testing then go for joining.
