1. They have mentioned it 15 lpa which will be total CTC which will be a total of fixed + a fat variable component. Since you are already earning good (infact you are quite near to it) i think you should think deliberately if money is the factor which is driving you towards this programme. Because you will be losing 2 years (also the money which you will earn in these 2 years) + you will be investing into this programme + you are already working in a core sector and if you are not interested in finance it may end up as a hazard. And remember once you opt for it, there is no way back.

2. This program is not AICTE approved.

hi.. myself swati , have work ex of 3.5 + yrs in power sector ( Mechanical background) , X, XII 88% , b tech 69.8% from HBTI Kanpur , I wanted to know more of this program :

1. Manager-II pay scale the offer ( the query is imp from d point of view that i am currently earning 8L + incentives )
2. PGDM from Neemrana university , is it AICTE approved , in case i quit icici will it still be considered an mba of good repute in free market.

Thanks for a quick reply.. i am planning to persue an mba... i have taken CAT'11 .. hope for gud results.. i m appearing for snap too.. so 2 years are any way to go... but den i wudnt b bound 2 a organisation for 3 years for 20Lakhs ...

The paper was not that difficult... you dont need to have the ability to crack cat to score good at the exam for ICICI.
