My guess was right... I expect the more or less similar pattern(cat/mat based) on similar lines of sections....for the October batch of MBA class...
The mistakes which ICICI made first time...they would not be repeated this time..and it owuld be better planned and well executed!

I dont think the test is for ICICI-NIIT MBA program.Its for ICICI-NISM 1 yr prgm on Security markets.
I specifically asked them this.They told last date for applying for October 2011 intake for MBA prgm is June 25th and there will be a separate process for it.
Attended the interview at Meenakshi College of Engineering,Chennai at 9 AM.
Only 7 members came for the interview. 4 of them were from ICICI and 1 from CTS,1 from Capgemini and me from Accenture.I spoke to the co-ordinators at the centre who told that only 52 appeared for the online test yesterday.
Case Study was about how to market a popcorn brand in a Town in UP.15 mins to think and 12 mins discussion.
Questions from the interview: 1.Tell me abt urself. 2.Why NISM after IT. 3.Any blood relatives in ICICI. 4.Willing to relocate? 5.Goal after 10 years?
My interview was the shortest.I spoke to 3 other people.Even they were asked the same questions it seems.I expected them to ask the ICICI guys some finance related questions but that was not the case.
Results will be out in 1st or 2nd week of July

I got to know the pattern for the MBA program-written test that took place for April 2011 intake.Given below is one of the posts.
The test was not tough....was not very easy too due to less time available per question....There were 5 sections: 1. Reading Comprehension (very easy) 5 questions in 9 min 2. Quant (not too easy due to time given) 20 questions in 18 min 3. Sentence correction (quite easy) dont remember time/no. of questions exactly 4. Diagrammatic reasoning (very easy) dont remember time/no. of questions exactly 5. Analogies (Quite easy) dont remember time/no. of questions exactly
Test time was 44 min...... negative marking info not given...
But, i m sure, due to level of the test, there will lot of people above 97-98 percentile
U will be asked to fill the form, which u filled while submitting the application, again at the test centre.
But for the test on June 17th for NISM the test pattern is entirely different.So,I think it can be inferred that there will be a separate process for the MBA program.

I have a query and kindly think before you answering this one.
I have an experience of 4+ years in ITES, Recruitment and BPOs. Along with that I have an experience of 10+ years in my family business business ( We have a retail pharmaceutical store and CNF of Nicolas Piramal ).
Now if I complete my MBA from a reputed institute then also I can get a package which is 3 to 4 lakh above the fee of the college (Except IIMs, FMS, IIFT which has a higher package).
So, my query is what is the ESSENTIAL QUALITY which ICICI is looking out for which it IS READY TO shed a CTC of 15 lakh + for each candidate if he is only a graduate ???
Kindly understand what I mean to say and then reply. Waiting eagerly for a reply from you all ..............
Based on last year's trends, i believe it would take another 10 to 15 days for the calls to start pouring in if not more...

Hello Guys Till now only a 1 page sheet was filled by evry1 for BLP programme..Please correct me if i am wrong.. I am still not sure that on what base further short listing would be done because that sheet did not say much.
