Well..... whatever are the terms and condition 1 thing is for sure that this course is definitely good (After discussing with branch managers of ICICI bank and people associated with similar profiles) and lot of company's (ICICI) stake is also involved just like us. Thats why I have decided to join it anyhow and I have resigned it from the current employer.
See you all soon @ Neemrana. As far as I know there are 2 people from Pune who will be booking the tickets for Delhi soon so request you all that if anybody is from Pune please coordinate with us so that we can make the booking together. I have also checked on IRCTC there is no station like Neemrana so best possible way to reach there is by cheep flight to Delhi and then Cab to neemrana and thats what we guys will do from Pune.
@ All : Please update your plan too so that we can meet in Delhi on 28th and can all go together to Neemrana in the evening of 28th so that we will reach by 9.00 P.M. I guess its a 3-4 hours journey from Delhi Airport.

Sidd: I would suggest lets just give it a weeks time before we book actually start booking our air tct to delhi. Reason being till 18th everyone would be clear if he/she is joining or not. Post 18th we can just plan out our travels so that we reach delhi airport and have a common meeting point to start a new journey together :)...Also, If someone can please call up NIIT University and ask them about the accomodation as in from when hostel would be available i.e form 27th or 28th or 29th ??? Say if they take a stance on 28th then perhaps we all (not sure of the number though as of now :)) can meet at some common meeting point at airport and then further move together to neemrana.
what do you say folks? Its better to start an unforseen journey together rather than moving ahead alone. 😃

@Yatin and PJD, no I could not speak to students, as most of them were on vacation, the new semester/session will start in April, there were a few BTech students but they were busy playing holi in the campus :p I checked the Academic Blocks, classrooms, Audi and hostel. The facilities were decent, there was a lot of open space and greenery as well.

In case you are planning to reach Delhi on 28th, I suggest you to come during morning time as, - You won't get any direct cab from airport to neemrana. - You have to look for a AC bus or state transport - You have to cross gurgaon-manesar, which is a big IT hub and in case (which is most likey) you struck in traffic jam then you can easily increase the time duration to 5+ hrs
Hard copy of all the docoments is just a formality now, as almost all of us has sent the printouts of mails. It is just a copy of what we have already received via email.
And its a very good idea to go together, do we need to reach there at a particular time on 29th Apr or what, its hardly 2.30 hrs from delhi n almost every 2nd bus from D'kuan goes to Neemrana. Delhi people can also meet & go together, like pune or other cities puys.....i think majority of puys who got selected are from delhi or NCR.

I received a call from NIIT, confirming that they have received my DD and other docs. Is there any method thru which I can I can confirm receipt of signed T&C; from ICICI

@Raavan and Kapil, the NIIT Campus is about 1 Km off the highway, you need to take left just before the Nissin factory at Neemrana crossing. Keep looking out for the Nissin factory on the highway once you cross the Neemrana toll booth, NIIT has not put enough signboards so it is easy to miss it out.
NIIT called up yesterday confirming the mailing address and offer acceptance, they would be sending the hard copy of offer letter and the next set of joining instructions on our mailing addresses also.

Neemrana is hardly a 1.5-2 hours drive from Gurgaon/Delhi Airport (130 Km from Delhi) , it is off the Delhi-Jaipur highway (NH-.
I went there this Sunday to checkout the NIIT campus and facilities, the campus is well built and all the PG hostel rooms are single seater. There was no faculty or Admin staff available on Sunday so could not talk to them about the course, etc.
Infact I was thinking of planning a meet for all the selected candidates from Delhi/NCR, what say? We can meetup at some central place like CP. :drinking:
