I had called icici bank...they said this is the final list of 81 candidates...and no other list will be declared....
Then i asked it was mentioned as 120 candidates for april intake...they told only selected 81 candidates were satisfying all the creteria as per their requirement...hence took only 81...
Also i asked about october batch...they said they dont have any ifo regarding october batch....
will have to try next time...:|

Thanks a lot guys for your support and info... as we can see from above posts, no one till now is from banking sector....all r from either core sectors like electrical/mechanical or from IT.... So it seems that they have taken guys from sectors other than banking/finance.....
I would request other guys also to give their inputs about profiles...

I also talked with ICICI HR today. They said detailed mail will be there in all the successful's candidate's mail box by tomorrow. They have selected only 81 instead of 120. I am also the lucky one selected.

Guys,anyone who calls the HR people, please raise a concern regarding the joining date. Also please tell that we need to serve for 3 months notice period(all of us are working and most of us are from IT and i believe every one is facing this issue).I believe that if many voices raise a common concern, there are fair chances of pushing the dates.Please do that and lets help each other..Thanks and regards,Harish
