They were going to take 120 students for the april batch but the result is declared for only 80 students.... and there is no waiting list as well....
so what about those 40 students ?
What about the waiting list ?
What if the few candidates from original 80 selected do not join the program ?
and finally what about the October batch of 120 students... are they going to take exams and interview again..?

If anyone has information....please help

Hi Puys..

I had the GDPI on 14th Feb at Hyderabad. I got selected. I got an update that there are around 100+ names shortlisted and still more names yet to come. I have a cousin who works for ICICI in the same grade which we are waiting for..

he told me about this updates..

Congrats to those who made it

and i wish good luck for those who are waiting for the results.

P.S: I made it clear in the interview that I may have to serve for three months before i leave my org.. Dunno for which batch are these names out:| If anyone has any updates regarding the possibility of deferring the admission, pls post :)

As your cousin is working in ICICI at the same level and profile, what is the feedback he has given you about M2 role and hows the work profile and responsibilities at M2 level.

No other communication is done though apart frm names.
We need more light on The course structure, subjects, availability of choice, when are the fees to be paid, what are the next steps to be taken etc. Awaiting details...

Anyone of you got the SMS from ICICI about checking icicicareers.com for results and checking your email for more details. I got one such SMS but haven't received any emails yet. Did any one of you get any email notification or the Offer Letter. ?

Can anybody give clear picture if any 2nd list is going 2 come?As the no of canditates in the list are ver less than which was mentioned on site and no waiting list also in case anybody from existing list doent want to join.Please share if anyboby is having any updates.

Hi Guys,

I am too from IT with 4yrs exp.I spoke to very senior guy at ICICI bank and he said programme is very gud.He said profile which they have mentioned is extremely demanding and challenging position.Even few of de IIM graduates they hire are not offer dis profile.

He also said currently at M2 grade people get around 9-10L as fixed and 1.5-2L as performance bonus.So considering it is 2yrs down de line it is justified.

Just he said you should think about it only if u r apprehensive about the degree which dey are going to give which is from new univ but at a same time he mentioned the kinda of work u will do n position u wil be at for 3yrs plus de brand name will be nothin in front of dat.

Let me know if any specific details needs to be asked.I am also going to get in touch with him soon for more questions which I have with me..

Any possibility of recruitment for ICICI -NIIT MBA will happen for October 2011 Batch . Or their will be no more recruitment for this year .?

Congrats to all those selected.

I too got selected,I am not from banking sector. Guys please can someone find out more about the job profile of Manager Grade-II, package(Fix+Variable) and more about value of degree from NIIT University.

I'll too will find out and post here whatever I can get.

lagta nahi hai k 2nd list aayegi!!!
The way ICICI bank has come up with list of 80 people and that too after delays of many days...it seems that they are not able to handle more number of people...they must be getting their numbers right....

I dont hope for waiting list neither I hope for october 2011 batch :-(

Who created the google group? It would be better to take this discussion there...also if we could update our profiles in a spreadheet(work ex, domain, degree etc...). i am wondering how would they start the course in April as its March already.I just checked with one my friends who was working for ICICI bank and she mentioned that the M2 in ops was about 6-7 lcs 2 years back. for sales it could be higher....
If we all who are through can get together in google group it would be easier to identify who all are in...whats their profile and what questions we need to clarify with ICICI...if we target to do this by this weekend we will have a better position on monday....
